Hello
I have a few questions about laser technology.
What kind of laser do I need to purchase to execute marking on pholycarbonate. I uploaded an picture for an example.

If the pholycarbonate is white, what kind of colours can the laser engrave. Sorry about these questions, but I'm a newbie.
Best Regards Matti

Probably not. The laser will just burn the plastic away leaving it the same color. You can't darken it like you can wood or leather that I know of.You may be able to color fill the engraved area with black paint though. Or maybe mask them with painters tape, engrave them then spray paint the engraving. It depends on how much time you can afford to put into each piece.
You can purchase colored plastic that has a middle layer of a different color. I can't remember what it's called but it is one color on the front and back, and a different color in the middle, so when you burn off the top layer, you see the middle layer color. Check out Laserbits.com They sell it, but shop around for the best price.
