Have you ever run an EDM before? There are 3 things to remember about EDMing.
1. Flushing
2. Flushing
3. Flushing

You must keep the dielectric in the cut in order to do any burning!
How is your set up? Does the machine have power to the head in the burn mode?
Give us more information on your situation. Has this machine worked in the past?

hi! thanks for you atention,

if it was working before, but listen to a thunder inside the control and I stop working the unload to the wire, I belive that they can be the source of power, you know if they can be repaired? can be a transistor switching?

 Victor your answer unfortunately does not make sense. Is this Mitsubishi Wire EDM machine located in the US, Mexico or Canada? If it is and it is registered with us you can always contact MC Machinery Systems at 630-616-5900 and we will assist you.
