Image4:
Select axis to scale, or All to scale all three. Input scaling factor (in this case 2). click on Apply, then OK

Image5:
Transform matrix closes, showing newly scaled entity. Note that original diameter is still shown, but scaling factor is inserted to the matrix (next to Transform)

Image6:
Click Edit->Transform->Apply Transformations

I don't have the Scale option in the dropdown. Is that in a newer version of CamBam?

I have version "Beta 0.8 Rel2"

The version I have will only allow for a single axis (X,Y,Z) in the Transformation window, at a time, All is not an option.

I am running the latest pre-release version

http://www.cambam.co.uk/downloads/CamBamPlus0.9.4_081009.zip

For the earlier versions:

Select entity (or entities)

Open the Transform matrix.

The 1's you see in the matrix are the current scale factors. The first is for the x, second for y and third for z.

With the matrix open, insert the scale factor you want for each axis. (Greater than 1 to enlarge, less than 1 to shrink).

Click OK (Don't click the Apply button)

On the menu bar at the top of the screen click Edit->Transform->Apply transformation

Reselect entity to see updated info.

Glad it worked for you. I have added a few more words to the previous instructions to clarify things a little :)
