hi, i need help with a cincinnati arrow 1000, this monday morning when we turn the machine on to start working, we couldnt start any program, it says "axes limits OFF" every time we push cycle start.

We can send tha machine to home and move it manually, but it wont start the program or an mdi command.

Any ideas?

When so say "send the machine home" are you refering to "aligning the maxhine? Is there a alert or error # with the message?

We have had similar problems with ours before and it turned out to be a stuck limit switch.
Check your x & y axis limit switches (home and overtravel), they are bad about sticking in the down position after the get some age on them or get chips and coolant in the actuator.
