Does anyone know if Fignoggle web site is legit?
I have sent 2 emails to inquire about the cnc conversion plans but have gotten no replies.
IF ANYONE HAS A SET OF THE PLANS FOR THE X2 MILL OR HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR FIGNOGGLE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
i wont send money to a site that gives no responce.
Thanks

they're legit, just a tad slow, I've purchased a couple of their plans (DRO and CNC)
I think both times they emailed out the plans 1 or 2 days later

do the cnc plans look like they are workable for a novice?
Im new to this area and want to convert my Grizzly x2 mill to cnc.
If you have done the conversion could you take a few pictures and send them to me?
What parts do I need to buy and are they expensive?
Thanks

personally I feel that their CNC plans are overly complex, I bought them mainly for the Z as I had already done the X and Y based on others conversions.
Main reason I went for their plans is I didn't want to lose any Z axis travel, I have in fact gained some, otherwise I probably would have gone the Hoss route.
the aluminum is the most expensive part of the plans, though you do need to get the 15/16-16 TAP a small section of ballscrew and a ball nut

they actually include a very good list of tools and material that you'll need and MSC part numbers for most of them, after a bit of looking I went ahead and used MSC, I can highly recommend them, quick shipping with good prices
