anyone have experience using the amada ez cut?

Essentially, this systems generates compress air for the CO2 laser cutting system with a built-in dryer and more importantly supplies 95% purity Nitrogen as assist gas for cutting

Anyone with info regarding usability of this system and especially cost savings compared to bottled N2 gas, pls feedback, thanks

Don't buy the EZ cut system from Amada...maintenance costs are over $5000 to replace the nitrogen filter...we have sold the Praxair nitrogen generator system and based on the cost where you are for the unit, maintenance is only $500 per year.

One of our customers did a cost comparison and it showed that using the generator versus bottles on 2 Amadas (1500 & 2000 watt) that in under 2 years they would have paied for the unit and be saving money.
