Just to stop the header from telling me I've never posted and I should!
I've made Tom McWire's Desk Top Mill (on the Instructables website) and am now learning more about CNC and CAD/CAM
Software is Mach 3, which I have found is easy to use and it provides more as I learn more.
My little machine is accurate enough to make fins, spacers and other bits for model rocketry and model aircraft.
At the moment I am trying to transition from 2D to 3D but cannot get DesignCAD to make 3D polygons that are recognised by MeshCAM (the only 3D CAM program I can reasonably afford.
