took about 3 hours at an 8% stepover flat end mill for roughing and round ball end mill finishing,ran the router at 19000rpm feed at 60ipm--turned out very smooth

looks and feels good

Hi, great piece of work, thanks for sharing.A bit too advanced for me to try yet. How long did the design take and what cad/ cam do you use?

thats where you're wrong its not hard and after a few plaques away you go ,cut3D software and files from
http://www.vectorclip3d.com/ and you're in business.
I'm really pleased with the results and i have a lot to learn.
Cutting 2d you can do yourself with some struggling with clipart and corel draw but 3D i could not do it but a program called art cam can help a lot
