Does anyone have any info on how I can increase my program number capacity on a Fanuc 16M control. I have tons of character capacity but am running out fast on pgm #'s of which I have only 400

Fanuc can increase your memory, but it is going to cost you. Do it on your own, and you are breaking their laws plus taking money out of their pocket.

EDIT: Oops, didn't read your post close enough. Memory isn't the same thing as amount of program numbers. Have you tried calling Fanuc? I'm sure they could give you the skinny on it.

surely you don't have over 400 programs in your control, if you do...why? download them back to your computer and reload when you need them!
