Hello, all. Problem is this, interact 1 mk 11,won't shift past the relay ext dc missing message. Thing is we've checked everything we can,oil level, limits,e stops supply board, the lot. There is 24v to the controller (tnc151) until we press ce to clear the power interrupt message, then it seems to go.

The service guy, who's got shedloads of experience with these,is totally flummoxed. ANY suggestions? (Already considered petrol + match......)

Oh,someone else has mentioned the spindle drive (KTK) as a possibility but we can't see how that could be the case. HELP!!

perhaps dying 24v supply?

Or a short in the 24VDC system. Such that when CE is pressed certain relays energize, the short becomes part of the circuit pulling the 24VDC power supply down and you get the message. There are 2 of these 24V power supplies in a INT1MK2, in the right side cabinet, top center, silver boxes.

Thanks for the quick replies, unfortunately I can't see any silver boxes in the right hand cabinet at all. I think perhaps it'll be best if I post up a couple of pictures tomorrow?

I too have the same error message. I posted a request for help. According to the Heidenhain online manual it is in the e stop loop. It would help if I could attain a clear wiring diagram in English. I will check back for help. Thanks. M.L.

Does anyone know what type of software was used to make a Bridgeport wiring schematic drawing ?.

I like the format and would like to redo some of my other machine drawings into that format so as to transfer pages of them to single page electronic media.

I've got drawings for V2XT, VMC's, ExTrak and some others and they all use a similar format and I expect were done with the same software. Any old BPT employees out there who know what CAD system they used for their wiring schematics.
