If i remove the table probe due to large work piece, what im i looking at to get it back in and calibrated?
i am familiar with spindle and table calibration.
How do i let the mach. know where the new table probe position is to start my calibration?
Is it even wise to remove it?
thanks in advance.

have you read the ts27r probe manual ? you can remove it, but then you need to recalibrate it , this is a smilar method to spindle probe calibration, you can also make 2 holes in table and pin it together like here : http://www.renishaw.com/media/pdf/en/02b403ef7c7746899a0706e35f498c54.pdf

Just follow your Visual Quick Code calibration process shouldn't take more than 10 minutes! Pretty simple! Main thing is to make sure the touch disc is flat.
