NCplot v2.0 is CNC program editor and backplotter.

This program combines edit features that are useful for CNC programmers with a program backplotter for instant program verification. Many powerful editing, conversion and translation tools like block renumbering, coordinate mirror, rotate, shift, scale and section. Also included is a built in expression evaluator and geometry calculator.

hmmm.... I haven't really considered it. I'm not really sure at this point what I would need to do to support a 4th axis. Do you mean just graphically, or editing functions also? What sort of editing functions would you like for 4th axis?
