I have modified one of the post proccessors to work with my fanuc Oi-MC control, does rigid tapping and all the good stuff. Would like to post it here, Les, if your out there do you mind if I post it so others can use it? Thanks in advance.

No problem. Do you mind if I include it in the SheetCam installer?
Thanks,
Les

No, not at all. I think it would be a great idea to have a Fanuc post proccessor that others can use. Here is the file. One note, when it posts the work coordinate system will come out as G? instead of G54-G59. This allows the programmer to do a find and replace so that the programmer can chose the work coordinate system based on how he/she wants to handle multiple work offsets. Also I added to, and rearranged the safety lines to play nice with the Fanuc oi-mc. I converted it to a txt file so that I could upload it, you may need to change the extension back to .post in order for it to work. I hope this will help others to use Sheet Cam, it really is great software.

Thanks. Are the G0 Z1 moves just to go to a safe height? If so, I'll change them to be compatible with metric as well as inch. I'll also do a few other minor tweaks and upload it for you to try.
Thanks,
Les

Yes the G00 Z1.0 is a safe height move, I use it to verify correct tool length offset when running at 25% rapid speed.

HI,
Could you send me a copy of the FANUC oi-MC post file?
I can not seem to down load it off the CNC Zone site.
Thanks
