For those of you using a dremel doing photo engraving, what bits are you using? And where are you getting them?

All I can seem to find locally is the "Dremel" DRE119 bit...

Or from Drill Bit City, 0540 (Special) End Mill, 4 Flute (which I havn't tried, seems awful big)
