How do i sompensate for backlash in xyz axis. The my-mill file made with Stepconf wizard do not mention backlash ?

Backlash compsation will have to be added. Look in the intergrators manual in section 4.3.8 around page 26 or so for the AXIS section of the INI variable definitions section for a complete description of how to add backlash comp.
