I am designing a dual indexer for wood legs (chairs, tables....)
The driving is made by a brushless servo motor (bldc) 600w with a reduction of a planetary gear box(backslash 4 arc-min) ratio reduction 10:1.
Also the brushless motor has a brake built in.
The timing pulleys are S8M, belt's wide 250 (reduction 40 to 25 tooth)

Any advice is very welcome

Sorry about my English....

The driving is made by a brushless servo motor (BLAC) 2 Kw with a reduction of a planetary gear box(backslash >= 3 arc-min) ratio reduction 10:1.
Also the brushless motor has a brake built in.
The timing pulleys are S8M, belt's wide 250 (reduction 44 to 30 tooth)
Total reduction of 1:30.
Any advice is very welcome
