can any body tell me what media i need to cut 154 cm stainless steel and then polish it? i grind my knife blades to 220 grit and then i would like to put them in a vibratory tumbler. i need at tumbler that will do about 70 or 80 blades 3 1/2 inches long. any help will be appreciated.

not yet! i have tried alot of different medias ,no dice!

You can get that nice stone washed finish if you take it up to 400 grit, then bead blast, then tumble it.

What kinda tumbler to you have? How big is it?
