I'm new to this group today.
One of my hobbies is Home Shop machining. I have a lathe, 2 mills, a shaper, 2 band saws, 2 grinders, 2 drill presses, all are being used.
Someone I know built a CNC Router for making aircraft parts and molds.
I have a horizontal mill with a vertical attachment. It won't do heavy work in steel. So I'm thinking of converting it to CNC to do fancy work and engraving.
