Anyone want to make a suggestion for a good speed controller for my router (actually Porter Cable laminate trimmer)?

Harbor Freight. I got mine for $12.99 on sale. It controls up to 15 Amps. I've got the same trim router.

I have heard of manual speed control where you turn a know manually. How about having the g-code adjust the speed automatically. Is there a kit for something like this? Maybe a circuit design? How about any web pages? My ideal speed control would use an encoder to measure actual speed and a circuit to have the CNC software (gcode) to automatically adjust the motor spindle speed. However, I do not know where to start to find something like this. Does MACH2 cnc software allow for automatic speed adjustments?
