Is the plunger sticking closed, or is the copper piece corroded? Usual failures I see on those will be the cartridge sticking due to surface imperfections on the copper spring loaded tip, caused by moisture in the air lines. reed 05-28-2008, 09:11 PM main problem is the copper piece corroded, especially inside . Now, supplying air to torchmate 2 and torchmate 3 by one air compressor,I feel the causing result is low air pressure .wait for your opinoin, thanks. reed Mike@Torchmate 05-29-2008, 11:07 AM main problem is the copper piece corroded, especially inside . If you do not have a water filter and oil filter inline between the plasma cutters and the compressor, then I would recommend putting some in line and seeing how that improves the problem. |
