What is the failure on the Start Cartridge? Is the plunger sticking closed, or is the copper piece corroded?

Usual failures I see on those will be the cartridge sticking due to surface imperfections on the copper spring loaded tip, caused by moisture in the air lines.

main problem is the copper piece corroded, especially inside .

Now, supplying air to torchmate 2 and torchmate 3 by one air compressor,I feel the causing result is low air pressure .wait for your opinoin, thanks.

Low air pressure will typically decrease consumable life, however corrosion is usually caused by a contamination of the air supply. If you do not have a water filter and oil filter inline between the plasma cutters and the compressor, then I would recommend putting some in line and seeing how that improves the problem.
