I'm manufacturing this piece and on the edges (One profile pass) I want too add a beveled edge. I have seen a cutter like this but not sure where too find it or link too it. I don't want too Chamfer my edge but rather, add a nice contour around it. I also do not want too use a ball-nose too get the desired affect as that would be way too long for my piece.
Thank you!

This, of course, is just an example. You can search for whatever size you need.

The shank diameter on that puppy is 1". I believe the most a Taig can take is 3/8". You may have some trouble finding an indexable tool with a 3/8" shank. The smallest one on that site is 5/8".

If it doesn't have to be indexable, I use this type :

I have used carbide router bits before in aluminum and the end finish was nice. They come in 1/4, 3/8,1/2 and are usually priced anywhere from 10 to 25 dollars.
But is this what you where looking for? [url]http://www.amanatool.com/cncroutingdetails/rc-2470.html

In fact I just finished a project that required a v notch down the middle of a plate and my v endmill did not have enought chip clearance to plunge so I went looking thru my router bit collection and voila a 1/2 inch v notching bit worked perfectly. This was with a plunge cut and then traveled about six inches at full depth and no problems. In fact the finish was better than I usually get with my endmills. Of course this was a rather slow feed rate and higher spindle speed than with a typical endmill. Peace man...

I think what you're looking for is called a "corner rounding endmill" and you can definitely get them with 3/8" shanks.

Right I have seen them around. The Links you posted are good, especially Fretsman.
