I have been cutting through 3/4" plywood with a 1/8" drill bit on my Mill table for a long time. Now, I'm getting tools breaking as soon as soon as it plunges into the material. My feed is at a regular F30 and my plunge is at a regular F60. I'm trying to figure out what the problem could be. Any suggestion's would be helpfull.

have the changed anything right before they started breaking??? speeds, feeds, brand of tooling, design of tooling, material density, ect.
