I need motor tunning setting for a Dynacnc 4'x4' router plasma combo. I upgraded Mach3to the newest version and lost all settings.I was able to regain the settings with the MP 1000 manuel all but the motor tunning. Thanks to Tom at Candcnc

I called Dynacnc for the settings but they want to charge a fee for the service.I feel that I should have been supplied a hard copy with all of the setup info when I picked up the machine Dec. 27,2006.

Just simply download the drivers from our web site for FREE. They have been there for 3 years for FREE. Our trouble ticket system on our web site has been there for two years and you could simply request them from our tech support system by sending a FREE trouble ticket.

Instead you choose to call and ask our Office Manager, after cussing her out, you did not get what you needed. Our Office Manager is unaware of these options. She does not and is not able to answer technical questions. I suggest you utilize the FREE options or call our tech support when you have technical requests.

I want to clear the air about all of this.
1. I went to the dynacnc and put in for a ticket. When I pressed
SUBMIT all I got was a blank page.

2. I then called and spoke to your office and ask to speak to the
tech rep she tryed to connect me,but phone rang 10 times. She asked
what it was about I told her I needed the motor tunning settings for
my machine. She then took my name and told we that I had bought the
machine a long time ago. I said that I picked up the machine Dec. 27.
2006. She said That I would have to pa a fee for that info.I said "
all I want is the damn motor setting steps". She said " don't you
curse at me I wont stand for it. I said "I dont consider damn a curse
word". Then I said just take my name and get back to me.

3. If damn is a curse why didn't " Gone with the Wind " get censored
back in 39 or 40 when Clark Gable said " Frankly my dear I dont give
a damn". Also damn is in the Bible.Maybe if you read the Bible your
customer service would be better. My wife of 44 years was listning
because it was on speaker phone, and she would hit we with a frying
pan if she thought that I had cursed at the lady.

4, I have never said anything bad about your machines. I like my
4'x4' router, plasma combo. I noticed that at 3:15 this afternoon
DynaCNC gave me ticket number for a Mr. Shinnerberry to help me
download DynaCNC MACH3 setup disk. I had already done and came up
with 2000 steps for one .xml and 1876.xx steps for another .xml.
Which are the right step setting?

Your email from DynaCNC also said that your system is not copatable
with the newer v,s of MACH3. Does that mean that the new proprity
DynaCNC wont work with a MACH3 upgrade because the CandCNC sure works
and works well. May be you sould not have kicked CandCNC to the curb!
You can stick your ticket where the sun don't shine. If I have to I
will count on teeth on gears and figuer pitch on screws calculate it
my self.

Your should take lessons from HyperTherm customer service .They will
answer any problem warrenty or not and it doesn't matter how old the
machine, and you don't need a ticket. It seems to me that HyperTherm
wants to stay in bussines and have repeat sales. Also the settings and drivers aren't any where to be found on you wbd site, unless you mean the MP 1000-thc manuel which give the motor tunning numbers just how to calculate them.
