These parts are made from plastic, usually HDPE and the overall dimensions are about 3" long by about 2.5" diameter.

This is most likely the cheapest. $83,995.00 for the Lathe and $24,095.00 for the Live Tooling Option.

My shop purchased this Quick-tech machine for 4 axis multi-task, lights out machining. It's working out well for us.
CNC_Lathe_XP4-42SM(Smart_XP4-42SM)
They also make a 60MM version, which comes close to your 2.5 major OD.
Three jaw chucks are available for the main and sub-spindle as well.
This machine is less than $130,000
