How does this software (visual mill) drive the stepper moters via printer port? or serial 9pin db? And where can I get the schematic? Thanks for any input.

It doesn't. Visual Mill is not CNC controller software, it's CAM software. All it does is output code (G-code) for the CNC controller to follow. You will need CNC controller software to drive your machine. --ch
