I am looking for a good service tech in Phoenix. This line was handed around from shop to shop and I need a guy that knows how to work on this machine. Any help appreciated. My guys left the counterbalance stop bolted to the machine and powered it down. The head has sagged to the bottom of the Z travel and now won't move. I have a Z+ overtravel alarm with the head at the most Z- position?!?!?! I remember someone telling me about a "maintenance" parameter bit that overrode the alarm condition.
