On friday I had the dreaded parity error message on screen after switching the machine on. Ended up clearing the memory and inputting the parameters again.
These are all in now and the machine is zero returning, spindle running etc, however I have a problem inputting some of the pmc parameters (data). some of the values will not go in. I just get 'invalid input' It seems the data I am trying to put in is too high a value for the field.
eg DOOO6 Value should be, (according to my backup) 12144 however it won't accept any value above 127. Any value above this causes 'invalid input'
Anyone know of this problem. There are many other of the data values like this.
Strangely the machine will run a program in this state. though I only tried rotating the turret and starting the spindle.
Control is a FANUC 16TT badged as MORI MF-D6
