I bought a Haas rotary table for my Haas mill and I can't figure out how to turn on the A axis in the parameters. When I try to turn it on it tells me that function is locked. Does anyone know how to do this?

E-stop the machine to shut off the servos.

Setting page > Setting #30 (4 Axis Enable)> "right arrow" key to correct Rotary (IE: HA5C,HRT610),> write key..good to go.

Setting page > Setting #30 (4 Axis Enable)> "right arrow" key (setting is off), I cannot change it says option disabled.

Do we have to change any parameters in A? It shows "Disabled 1" on the A axis parameter page, when I try to change "Disabled to 0" it says function locked.

Should not need to change any parameters..when you use that setting #30, it will change any parameters to what is needed for the rotary you set it to..

But if it says "option disabled"..then it need to be turned on by your Haas HFO..
