The added instructions are for the Predator Virtual and Editor. These instructions are provide, so that after the update is installed you will be able to take full advantage of the modifications that have been made in the system.

When you try to run the update, what happens? A little more detail is required to provide a solution.

WHEN I HIT OPEN I GET A BOX WITH A X IN THE UPPER RIGH HAND CORNER, AND THE VERBAGE IS: >SetupNew\setup.cpp(135)
PAPP:
PVENDER:
PGUID:
$14.0.0.162
@Windows XP Service pack 3 (2600) IE
7.0.6000.16640
then it says OK and nothing happens in the past when I open an update it automaticlly starts the install.

You're right. The installation should start. Have you tried re-downloading the file to see if it just got corrupted when it was downloading?
