[/B]Helo guyz, Newbie here, Im planning on making a water block for PC. Im seacrhing for a desktop CNC drill, but after a week of seacrhing on the web,still I cant find any that is sold in Malaysia or near it (Asia Countries).
1. It a good idea to order from USA base company?
2. Plz point me where to look?
Im thinking of spending about $1500-2000 for the hole package.

Hi Joe, nice to meet u here, as a Malaysian....anyway, i probably cant help u to get wat you want but after knowing what is waterblocks, i think this thread should be discussing wat u might want: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5243

Else, since u r near to S'pore, try look for the companies there.... or try ur luck with KL companies too. Goto eguide.com.my and search for CNC or so for any company dealing with this... my feeling is ROLAND should have some small CNC mill that might suit ur requirements...

BTW, a member called Abasir is also from Malaysia, mayb u could ask him for more info. He went abroad last few days, not sure if he's back.... He's made a very cool CNC out of plywood or sth... i'm also in the process of building one for learning and aim for 2nd for better dimension and precision....

oh ya.... i've been to this website b4.. accidentally and was shock they carry Sherline..

Why not u make a CNC ur own? it's fun and really addictive... hahaha.... just my 2 sen lar...

Hope ur 8K will have its owner soon and dont forget to show any pic of its result!
