Good Day. Has anyone run into this? Working on a project that uses stock thickness plastic material that has blind features dimensioned from the top surface of the part as it lays on the table. The materials carries tolerance of +/-.020 while the part requires +/-.010. In order to hold required tolerance, I need to fixture the top surface of the part at a plane parrallel to the table(Z=Zero). I also would need to cut radii on the outer edges of the parts. with material having varying thicknesses, the radii are not consistent. Any ideas? All are appreciated!
