Just had to give a shout out for my 5 by 5 ez plasma table.Got to make my first cuts yesterday, been waiting two months for that moment.I ordered the 5 foot kit without the table. They gave me the drawing for the size of the table,I modified those plans to accept a water tray.I bought a new hypertherm 1000 w/machine torch, what a sweet set up and ez to hook up.My son and I cut about 20 different shapes used from the sign/torch files. They draw and expand real well in corel draw 3. The water tray is the only way to go,after cutting maybe 7 pcs in a row could we even just smell a little from the cutting.I have to order my quench tomorrow, water looks terrible after only one day of cutting. So far just been cutting 1/8 steel at 95 ipm with no problems, once we lost the arc during a cut but realized the ground was not hooked up and laying in the water,it was making a slight contact until it tried to start another cut.It seems like through this hole process everytime there's seem to be a problem its just something simple. All in all its been fun and a real learning experiance.EZrouter was there whenever I needed.Twice they overnited parts to me the next morning.I will try to post pictures later on.This site was very helpful through the whole build.THANKS EVERYONE,,,,,,,,,CURLY
