I would like to mill a propeller 250 mm big in wood "birch" with my Kosy 5 mill
Anyone out there who has a G kod or dxf file for a propeller to beginn with, to share.

I'll take it your just doing it for fun? I would do a google search for "share .dxf" and then search for "turbine" or "prop" or "propeller", should get you what you want. Your going to have to create the G-code specific to your machine and set-up, but the .dxf isn't impossible to find.
