Thinking of buying a new DMG CNC lathe with a Seimens control. It's a 310 eco with live tooling. Machine seems great, but I never used this control, it's conversational. Anyone use this machine or controler?

I have ran lathe's with Seimens controls and they diff. take a new mindset. These were mid nineties Hyundia Hit 15's and 18's. After some seattime I found that you could do almost anything with the support functions. Granted I didn't have live tooling, but they have some of the best conversational toolpaths for a lathe. I really liked the peck drilling and the grooving toolpath's. I wouldn't let the Seimens control turn you away from this machine, I feel that is one of the strong point's of that machine.
