Greetings!

I've never done an RFQ before, so forgive me if i'm not complete in all my information. I have a series of pattern disks that I need cut out off 6061 Aluminum, .25" thick. I could provide the aluminum precut into 4" x 4" squares, or you can provide them. Please specify in the quote what the costs with be with or without me providing the aluminum (it is preferable that I don't have to provide the aluminum.)

So far, there are 12 disks in the set. I have attached a dxf of one of the disks to give an idea of dimensions and complexity. There are 3 holes in addition to the outer boundary, 1 large center hole and 2 smaller holes.

Initially, I would probably want 3 of each of the 12 pattern disks. Future followup orders would likely be 3 to 6 of each of the 12 pattern disks.

Please send any RFQ's to wwendorf@abadus.com.

Thanks in advance,
Wade

Is anyone going to quote this for me? I know the qty's are low, but depending on the success of my machine, there is the possibility of more. I just need to get an idea of how much each set of the disk's would cost me if I contracted them out??

Am I correct in thinking there are 12 different disk with each being slightly different and this is just one of those 12 disk?

I am working on this quote now...Thanks for the opportunity!

That is correct. There are 12 different disks. Each one has the same 3 holes in the center, but the border is slightly different on each one.

Thanks,
Wade

.250" 6061 Al Supplied by shop
Qty.1 = $300/ea
Qty. 36 = $16.55/ea

.250" 6061 Al Supplied by Customer
Qty.1 = $250/ea

Obviously worth making a larger order...
