Looking for timing belt and pulleys for travel 63" and 53" What Ratio to use? My motor shaft is 1/4".

I'm not trying to use belt to move the axis. i just want to attach the pulley to the end of ballscrew. Where can i find those pulleys on the router?

You need to post details on your motor (stepper/servo and torque) and ballscrew (TPI) before anyone can suggest a good ratio for the pulleys.

They have piles of cad drawings, pdf files specifying pulleys and belts, and a straight-forward ordering system. Once I picked out the pulleys and got the diameters from the sdp site I had to make an educated guess about the length of the belts. For my application I put the geometry of the motors, pulleys and ballscrews in a CAD drawing and figured out the number of teeth required for the correct length belt and ordered everything up.

Right now i have powermax 2 p21 112oz/in, i'll be upgrading it to 785 oz in 2.5A 3 ohms stepper motor from seanet.com. using 5/8" .2pitch ballscrew.

If you have the money I suggest going with the Gates Powergrip style. It can handle much more power then similar sized belts and has vitually no backlash. My router uses them and I couldn't be happier.

1:1.5 on both my 10mm and 20mm leadscrews.

Do you have pulley A and B part numbers?

BTW: i liked your router, do you have more video on it.

I do but they won't do you any good since the inner diameters are different then your's. Just browse Sterling in the metric section for metal timing gears and belts matching your specs. I used a 24t on the motor and a 36t on my ball screw.

Soon I'll cut together a nice video showing everything from programming to machining.
