in the past, and I'm interested in making more. The part can be machined from 5/8" square stock entirely with a 1/8" flat endmill.

Please quote price and lead time for quantities 50,100,500,1000. Shop supplies material. Any grade aluminum will probably be sufficient.

I can provide most 3D file formats plus PDF drawings after first email contact. Please let me know if you're interested in quoting and what your preferred format is.

How is that keyring held in place.....is there a threaded hole on that side?

Yes, the split ring is attached to a #6-32 turned eye bolt threaded into the side of the part. If anyone knows where I could get a smaller eye bolt, I'd be interested in that too.
