Does anyone have any experience with Multan 97-40 cutting fluid by Henkel?
I encountered some problems with skin irritation.
Did anyone else had that problem?

Yuem,
Unfortunately, skin irritation is a common problem when using any type of metalworking fluid. The thing is, different people react differently to different products. You may have problems with your current cutting fluid and then switch to a new one and the issues go away. Another person may have no issues with the first one, but as soon as you change products, the issues show up.
The reason for this are the additives that are in the fluids. Rust inhibitors, biocides, and some emulsifiers are the culprits.
In order to keep ANY coolant issue to a minimun, proper maintenence and bath changing is very important.
Try to stay away from scented lotions, washing your hands with hot water (use warm water), and try to use gloves if you can.
Hope this helps!
