I have a boss 4, does anyone know when in mdi mode the proper way to enter a feed rate, since the key pad doesn't have a decimal point? when
i hit the F key and type in 10 (10 IPM) is this correct? Thanks to anyone that can help.

You need a manual.
The older BOSS machines did not use a decimal point in the feed rate.
10 IPM was typed in as F100
