I have Series 2 with a DX2 controller. When changing directions in the x or y axis there is a large jump(.009x, .025y). Is this a possible drive gain adjustment? There are three pots on the drive cards, but I am not sure what each of them are.

Thanks Much,
Ted

At main screen, press the * key.
The code is 11235 follwed by ENTER twice.
Fix this file, putting in the proper values.
Update/save it.

Try it.

Do not mess with the drive potentiometers if you do not know what you are doing.

Do not shut the machine OFF in metric again.

Thanks George!
That looks like it solved it.
Should there be any values in the X & Y Offset.

Thanks Again,
Ted

It will have values as soon as you set a part program zero.
