I have a small variety of Fanuc controls on my lathes and a few questions regarding them. Here is what I have, control-wise

Fanuc Series Oi-TC
Fanuc Series Oi-T
Fanuc Series 21i-TB
Fanuc Series 21i-T

Now my questions:

1. In the post processor download section for BobCAD, they have OiT listed, but not OiTC, is it the same processor? Or do I need to request one from BobCAD?

2. Similair for the Series 21, they have 21T, but not 21iT or 21iTB... I have looked through my Fanuc manuals and I know that some of the designations refer to my live tooling.

BobCAD can only do 2-axis turning on lathes, but I can add in the live tooling parts after the post does its work. Or can I?

You will actually need to compare two programs for the controls and present the differences to the Post Processor department, so that you have a functional post.

While most of the designations will not change between the controls, depending on who setup the controller to machine interface there may be some differences which could create a problem. These differences, most likely, exist within the canned cycles for the machine and not in the standard long hand programming.

I would be hesitant to use the programs from the 21iT post on a 21iTB machine before verifying their compatability.

You can add or change the output in any way you like. You can save the output to a file to edit or if you have the Predator Editor (great tool) then you can edit inside the editor for even more tools.

It has a conversion, math operations, replace, etc. I actually converted a Y axis output to a 4th axis movement. It made it very easy and I was thinking of checking into a way to automate it.
