I have been working on changing my Series II over to one of Hillbillys Boards and can,t seem to get it working.
I am running Mach3 on XP.
I have triple checked my board wiring.I didn,t have to cut my original plugs off as I had part of an original wiring harness that had the plugs so I used them.I am glad of this because I had to go back to the Boss 6 control to do a machine job this weekend so I could just plug everything back in and run the mill.
I just can,t track down the problem.
I have added the 3 files to the macrofolder lke the instructions said plus set up the ports and pins as instructed.
I dont get pin #10 input led to ever come on when I enable the mill and my software will still reset. The leds on the BOB will respond to an axis movement.
Do you have to assign any motor pins while in Max cl mode?
Probably something minor,I just cant put my finger on it.
Anyone have a similar problem?
I used 2 different pcs and still the same problem.

I am attempting to track down mating plugs for the K5-K6-K8 on the XDI board.
I don,t want to cut up my original wiring to add the BOB so I thought I would find mating plugs to wire from my BOB and plug into the K5-K6-K8
Would anyone know what I could use to plug into my Bridgeport wiring connectors?
THANKS!
