I 've checked out this site a few times and decided it's one I'd like to be a part of.
I was wondering if anyone here has ever or does work in a prototype shop?
If so, maybe provide some input on what made that shop a success.
Or some advice on cutting down lead times, set-ups, etc.

I am glad you choose to take a look at this site. There are a lot of people here that would be glad to help. I don't have an answer to your question but somebody will give some input.
