I am looking for a person or company that can take our cad drawings and tell us what we would need to setup the process of making our parts in house. We have specific parts, about 5 or 6 to makup our assembly ,and they do not change much. We will not do much general machining, except for jigs and fixtures. We would need to know what type of milling machine and it options, also a turning center and its options. Tooling requirements, programming etc.... I can give more info as needed. I am a watchmaker and a machinist, but i work mostly with manual mills and lathes, doing micro machining with small equipment. I do not have much experience with the CNC world. I have been doing research for a while but there are alot of variables to try and rap my head around and would prefer to pay someone to help.
Thanks
Sean

Hello Sean
I just saw your thread asking someone to guide you through your journey into CNC. I have been a CNC Machinist / Engineer in Central Ohio for 20 years. In fact, I just finished with a client in which I accomplished the very same thing you need. From your post, I understand your parts won't change much. Macro Programming sounds like a great option for you. I will set-up a program that is completely user definable to your parts. Then you can easily make revisions when needed. Macro is a somewhat complicated process, but once completed, it is easily adaptable by anyone and will provide total versatilityfor your company. I would love the chance to earn your business.
Thank you
Joe
