:drowning: HELP!
We have just sold an old Digital Tool machine and I need the proper software to make it run(The old computer was fried). It is a 4 axis(XYZW) machine that is driven by a 1994 model Anaheim Automation "Blue Box", Model# DPF605004. Naturally, the buyer is looking for the least expensive way to get this machine up and running, but I'm Quite Positive the Upgrade would follow soon. The drivers and stepper motors worked perfectly before the computer went south! It was running on a very old ver. of BobCad(dos) and Indexer LPT controller software. They have thier own design software that will export a .dxf file. A fully functional CadCam system is not neccessary; Only something that can import .dxf and generate a tool path and g-code would work for now. That along with the controller software of course!!
By the way! I am one of those who have been lurking in the background for awhile, and this is my first post! I love this site and have learened alot by Lurking....
I look foreward to any and all replies..
Sincerely; rt..
