I need to re-post all the web links from here- http://64.91.234.172/modules.php?name=Web_Links to http://www.cnczone.com/modules.php?name=Links .

All you have to do is cut and paste, I will clean it up as needed. Thanks for all that can help.

Paul I have started on the Aussie ones only to realize I have doubled up some.
The problem is it only shows 4 links at a time. Could you make it show more than just 4 links, that way I could cross check them easier.

I finished with all 11 links for DIY CNC Machine Plans.
I agree with ynneb, I like to see a long list rather than a short one that I have to keep paging to.
My new Mozilla browser sure is nice with tabs. Rather than going from window to window.
I will check tomorrow to see if there are any more to do.
The new site looks really good!

I finished the "Aussie" ones and the "Misc" ones

I too will have a good crack at some more in the morning.

Just a tip when getting the url for the links. Make sure you dont include the whole url as displayed but just the original url. You will see what I mean.

Paul,

If you simply place the URL in the box for it, when it is displayed no link shows up in the message.
I have been including the link in the message also.

Paul, there are some non-uk links in the UK electronics section, could you have a look please and move them? Not sure whether they are US or Aus links.
Once these are moved I will move the ohere UK links over.

I am still getting an error when I try to transfer links to 'Home > Links > Website Links > CAD/CAM and NC Software'.

I get the window for a new thread but when I try to post I get the error.
Here is the text to the error:

Warning: halt(./includes/functions_log_error.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/cnczone/public_html/forums/includes/db_mysql.php on line 389

Warning: halt(): Failed opening './includes/functions_log_error.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/cnczone/public_html/forums/includes/db_mysql.php on line 389

Paul,

Looking at what we have left to transfer;
-We need a new catagory for ' Machinery, Tooling & On-line Stores'. Though the links could be put under "General Machining'
-A new US or general catagory for 'Hardware'

The default search in each of the catagories ought to be from the 'Beginning' and not from the 'Last Day'.

Volunteers to post links for:
-Free/Opensource CNC machine plans
-OpenSource CNC software
-Posts Processor Files
-G-Code Files
