I have started this thread to allow anyone interested in following the build of a CAD-CUT machine. I am in the UK and therefore the machine will be converted to metric sizes.
I would in the future love to make this a hobby but for now that must wait I am building a Moody 54 sailboat and I need the router as a tool not a hobby I hope this turns out to be a quick build I am giving the whole thing to up and running 3 months.
There are many issues in respect to building this machine overhere and I shall be posting them as they come up.
A quick list is:
230v 50hz
Everyhing is metric and I must pay a premium for imperial
CE approvals. -- Don't Care
Can only purchase a plunge router YUCK!!!! I will smuggle one in HeHe
All software and drivers come from the USA
Well there is a start.
