With using Mastercam v9 (lathe) how do you seperate the same tool. Say I'm using tool1 offset 1 to face and cut the od but, I want the tool to go home in between facing and the od. Is there a parameter setting or do I have to go into the post?

If im reading correctly then all you need to do is continue
creating toolpaths if your tool is in separate spots in your
ops. manager it will post in that order.

Create a Refrence point and cahin that first and it will use this a refrecne return between ops.
