I just bought a haas vf 2 and was wondering if anyone knows how well the haas post processors that come with camworks work or if they need a lot of work?

You will need to fix some items though. If I remember correctly the tool change and or tool preset needs to be tailored. Also the end of the program that calls to send the machine to home needs help. Thank you very much. You should try the post anyway. It may/should work. I just suggest you go thru the code before tearing up any equipment. I originaly made the post in 2006 so like I said it should work. I am having Access Manufacturing write a post for us, if you need to do 4 axis stuff let me know and I'll send you a copy (once I get it and try it out that is) |
