Im playing with this object, and I dont understand why I cant get it to verify pencil. Could someone with mastercam please try and generate a finished mastercam file for me so I can load it up and see how it is supposed to look.

All you want is to have it converted to a .mc9 file?

What do you want the engraving done? all I see is some engraving and a basic washer shape.
Are you trying to use pencil to do the letters?

I want to see the tool path to a finished part. When ever I generate the tool path it leaves spaces in the verify. I basically want it to engrave it on to a thin sheet.
